There’s just one rub: The people who own the rights to the board game, Hasbro and Mattel, are way upset about Scrabulous.

In a world where developers are taking old ideas and enhancing them for new audiences, how do you handle this if you are Hasbro? The typical route is the RIAA path of lawsuits and intimidation. In a half a decade, this approach has done nothing to stem the tide of music sharing. But bloggers like this guy and this guy think there’s another answer.
