IRLP in Michigan

The Internet Relay Linking Project (IRLP) connects repeaters around the world. It’s different than Echolink in that it’s only used to link repeaters. We have a Reflector in Michigan and yup, it’s hosted by a Spartan. Here’s information on IRLP 9610
